Info: The New Pantai Expressway or NPE is one of several east-west routes serving as an alternative to the always congested Federal Highway. From Jalan Bangsar, it takes only about 10 minutes to arrive at the doorsteps of Sunway Pyramid Mall, Sunway Lagoon, Bandar Sunway, USJ, Subang Jaya and beyond.

Opened in 2004, it forms part of Jalan Klang Lama cutting through PJS areas such as Taman Sri Sentosa, Taman Sri Manja, Taman Maju Jaya, Kampung Dato’ Harun (Tmn Datuk Harun), Taman Medan, Desa Mentari starting from the PJ Templer Junction.

The NPE highway is also connected to the North-South Expressway (NSE) via the Salak Link through Jalan Kuchai Lama. Petaling Jaya-bound Federal Highway users can also join the NPE via the Angkasapuri Ramp near Mid Valley. For westbound drivers, there are two toll plazas at Pantai Dalam and PJS 2.

The video begins at Jalan Bangsar near the Abdullah Hukum LRT Station and ends just after Sunway Pyramid near the Kewajipan Interchange.
