A website is a growing, living entity. It takes some time to receive user feedback and to refine its functionality and improve any usability issues that may crop up. After months of getting a few similar questions from some users, I created a FAQ that I hope will answer some of your questions. It is a living and growing FAQ and it will be updated when necessary. It is challenging to serve a global market with customers from every country around the globe.
