Astro Customer Service Centre – Damansara Utama

Info: This is one of two Astro Customer Service Centres in the so-called Central Region. The other service centre / sales office is at Warisan Cityview, Cheras. The CSC counters do not handle technical repairs. Also, keep in mind no cash payment is accepted there. Bring your credit card, bankcard or a cheque for bill payment.

Opening Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm
Saturdays, 9:30 am – 2:00 pm, Closed on Sundays & Public Holidays

    The Astro is subscribed by daughter before she passed away in 2005. However, we (the parents) continued to watch the Astro program until today. Last month (Jan) there was a delay of one week on the bill payment and the program had been stopped. We had emailed to customer care service and called the contact no. that we had, but until today no one has come to our help. Please respond ASAP.

    My Astro oustanding bill for the amount of RM220.30 ( account no.: 08108951510) had paid at BSN ATM cash machine at Selayang Jaya’s branch yesterday 8 Feb 2018 at 3.38 pm for the amount of RM220.00.
    Till now my Astro service (TV) is still not connected.
    It should be reconnected after 3 hours paid. It is now more than 20 hours!
    Please . Let me now what is happening?
    Pl take action to reconnect.

    Saya telah memaklumkan kepada Asrtro agar memotong talian perkhidmatan Astro kami pada 15 Disember 2010 kerana kami telah berpindah ke France. Saya juga telah memulangkan kad Astro berserta dengan sepucuk surat permohonan dan bil Astro sebagaimana yang diarahkan oleh pusat perkhidmatan pelanggan agar pemotongan dapat dibuat secepat mungkin.

    Tetapi sehingga kini pihak Astro masih belum membuat apa-apa tindakan menyebabkan bil masih dihantar ke alamat asal kediaman kami di : Jalan Sarawak, Pangkalan Udara Subang, menyebabkan bil tertunggak sehingga kini mencecah rm538.90. Kami baru menyedarinya setelah dimaklumkan oleh penghuni baru kediaman tersebut dalam 1 minggu lepas.

    Kami amat berharap pihak Astro dapat mengambil tindakan sewajarnya kerana kami tidak mahu menanggung bayaran perkhidmatan yang sememangnya kami tidak menggunakannya lagi.

    Harap dapat tindakan segera dari pihak tuan. Terima kasih.
