PJ Trade Centre
Info: PJ Trade Centre (PJTC) is the cluster of pale skyscrapers visible from the LDP or from Penchala Link as you approach Damansara Perdana from KL. Consisting of four 20-storey tower blocks, the project is developed by Tujuan Gemilang Sdn Bhd (TGSB).
Tower A or Menara Mustapha Kamal is owned by MKN Holdings and is named after Emkay Group’s founder and property magnate Tan Sri Mustapha Kamal Abu. Tower B or Menara Bata is the new Bata headquarters. Alongside is Tower C or Menara Hasil which is owned by the Inland Revenue Board (‘Income Tax Dept’) while neighbour Tower D or Menara Taiko, is is owned by the Perak clay and chemical manufacturing group Taiko. There are various other tenants in the office blocks, of course.
