Info: Kampung Pengantin Kuala Lumpur is located on a big plot of (empty) PKNS industrial land, next to CenterMart@Setapak, the location of the former Kg Pasir Setapak. Popular as a venue for Malay weddings, the white building is actually an elongated tent structure. On top of the banquet area, there is a special room for photography and family to gather around the couple.
The original tent-like structure is not air-conditioned and can accommodate around 600 pax (round-table seating). The new extension of Kampung Pengantin Kuala Lumpur (in the form of a banquet hall) at nearby Platinum Mondrian (a.k.a. Platinum Plaza or PV 128) is air-conditioned and can accommodate around 800 pax.
